Processing and Shipping Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times begin counting after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
- Portugal Mainland: 2-4 business days
- Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5-7 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping available for orders over [amount to be defined].
Tracking All shipments include a tracking number. You can track your order through the link provided in the confirmation email.
Customs Duties and Taxes For international shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Liability and Insurance Maison Bonté is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions. All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Unclaimed Orders Orders returned due to being unclaimed or refused by the customer will be subject to reshipping or cancellation fees.
